Every item received for storage is handled professionally, every step of the way. Each item is placed in a designated storage area and entered into an online inventory report. Our San Leandro warehouse is fully equipped with sprinklers and safety alarms.
All goods stored in our warehouse are insured against all risks, to full replacement value.

Items are placed in a designated storage area and entered into an online inventory report. Special care and protection will be given to items that arrive blanket-wrapped, as well as items that require removal in sequence, such as matched or paired furniture components.
Product status reports are updated as changes occur and are available online 24/7.
Off-Site “Attic” Storage
Hotels with extra items and no room to store on site may take advantage of our Attic Storage service. Long- or short-term storage items are housed in clean, secure areas and, when possible, in vaults. Storage fees are reasonable and billed on a monthly basis. Typically with sufficient notice, there is no extra charge for deliveries to the site.
