Reliable Liquidation & Installation (RLI) offers complete FF&E renovation services to hotels and resorts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Whether the job calls for full or partial renovation work, RLI is flexible and will work efficiently to meet your needs.

• Removal & Liquidation of existing furnishings;
• Appropriate handling and/or removal of retained items such as beds and televisions for off-site storage;
• Receipt at our warehouse, and documentation of, all new furnishings to be installed by us;
• Fully insured storage of new and retained goods at our warehouse;
• Creation of pull lists for goods required for installation and re-installation, per the agreed schedule;
• Delivery of goods for installation;
• Unloading, unpacking and installation of furnishings;
• Daily removal of packing material/debris from rooms and corridors.
